We were established on a specific premise: that organisations managing complex, multi-discipline requirements, from media campaigns and national-scale events to building works and facility management, absorb significant coordination costs when those requirements are distributed across multiple vendors. Each vendor has a different reporting structure, quality standard, and accountability model. The result is friction, inconsistency, and divided responsibility at the point of delivery.
